- Yes. The tool takes only the sound; the picture is left out.
- Will the MP3 sound better than the 3GP?
- No. AMR is made for phone calls and keeps only a narrow band of the voice; MP3 keeps what was recorded but can’t add what wasn’t. It will play everywhere, though.
