Questions

Can I convert iPhone Voice Memos?
Yes. In Voice Memos, share the recording and save it to Files (or send it to your computer), then choose the .m4a file here.
Which M4A files work?
M4A with AAC sound — what Voice Memos and most recorders and apps save. Apple Lossless (ALAC) M4A isn’t readable in every browser; if yours can’t read it, the tool tells you so.
How big will the WAV be?
About 5 MB per minute for mono and 10 MB for stereo (44.1 kHz). The tool makes WAV files up to 1 GB — about an hour and a half of stereo.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
Your file never leaves your device. It is converted right here, in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
