How long will your speech take?
Paste your text or type the number of words, and see roughly how long it takes to say at three common speeds. Or go the other way: enter the minutes you have and see how many words fit.
Your text stays in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
These figures are an approximation. Real speed depends on the speaker, the language, pauses, applause and questions — time yourself once to be sure.
Words are counted between spaces. Text in a language written without spaces, such as Thai, is split into words by your browser, so the count may differ a little from other tools.
