Withdraw from a purchase
If you live in Argentina or Brazil, you can withdraw from the purchase of a paid plan or one-time access without giving a reason, and get back the full amount you paid. You do not need an account or to sign in.
- Argentina: within 10 days of the purchase.
- Brazil: within 7 days of the purchase.
When you send the form, we email you a confirmation with the number of your request straight away. We end your paid plan — your account moves to the Free plan and your recordings stay — and order the refund within 14 days. Dodo Payments, our reseller, returns the money to the payment method you used.
